In HCMC, we made repeated visits to the Sai Gon Central Post Office for postage for my commemorative envelope
project and for post cards. Beside our purchases totaling 3 million dong (about 200 USD), the clerk at the international postage desk gave us each stamp folders with
mounted 400 dong stamp issues.
